Samsung Semiconductor needed to strengthen its employer brand while creating a consistent visual identity across recruiting, internal communications, employee programs, and national hiring events.
Marketing assets, employee resources, and recognition initiatives had to engage a diverse workforce while reinforcing a unified brand experience.
Solution
Maintained Samsung's employer brand consistency across social, video, and marketing channels. Designed internal employee experiences, including an intern onboarding website, and produced high-impact tradeshow booths, signage, and swag for national recruiting events.
Additionally, developed logos and visual identities for DEI initiatives, cultural celebrations, and recognition programs to promote company culture.
